Order Processing/ Order Shipping

All orders are processed upon receipt. All items which are in stock normally ship within 2-3 business days from when the order has been processed. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory, so not all “available” products are on hand for immediate rush delivery. Customers placing overnight and rush delivery orders should contact our sales department in order to confirm that we are able to meet your time constraints. Due to verification processes we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statements are sent), please use the toll free number on the front or back of you card to contact your credit card company and create an “alternate shipping address”, which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. All orders All eligible items must be post marked within the above stated time frame in order for your return to qualify. Returns received without a valid return number will be documented and shipped back to you.

Return Policy:

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 5% of the total transaction charge. And 15% on all special orders or packages. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Return Process 1) To return an item, you must contact customer service at 347-462-4240 for prior approval and obtain an RMA number

2) All merchandise purchased from Digital hawks are sold in its original factory packaging, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/ distributor. Therefore, it can not be returned unless it is in original manufacturers’ packaging, in the same condition in which it was sold, and with all literature/ instructions/ documentation and blank warranty cards.

3) Place the manufacturers’ box into a shipping carton. Please DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

4) RMA numbers are issued by phone, not via email.

5) RMA numbers DO NOT guarantee final disposition. All return are subject to inspection

6) Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your return parcel via prepaid freight. We DO NOT accept COD or freight collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. Ship and Insure your return

We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with proof of delivery. Digital hawks shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Postage, handling and insurance charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non refundable. At our sole discretion Digital hawks may reimburse shipping charges related to the exchange of defected products. All Warranties must be registered within 30days of the receipt date; otherwise the warranty will be voided. Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process, and credits should be posted within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company.

Digital hawks’s policy is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Digital hawks shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Digital hawks shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge TVs Return Policy 1-All TVs purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route. 2-TVs are not returnable to Digital hawks if initially defective. They must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. Digital hawks can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Technician. Upon delivery, it is the consumer’s sole responsibility to inspect the TV to insure that it is not physically damaged. DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product physically as is and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward. If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage. If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
